Summary This session will focus on leveraging Maximo's Application Designer to control the look, feel, and behavior of your Maximo user interface. Maximo can be configured to meet your business requirements and help users by hiding unwanted fields, populating data based on data in other fields, limiting access to fields based on permission and much more. The
instructor will provide an overview of the tools available to you in Maximo 7.5 and a live demonstration of some conditional user interfaces available.
Format Instructor Led - Students can bring along laptops to follow along or observe the instructor.

Afternoon Workshop Configuring and Modifying IBM Maximo
Instructor Ontracks Consulting
Duration 0.5 days
Summary This session will teach you how use Maximo’s utilities and templates to allow Maximo record information to be emailed to a Maximo user, and updated via the edited reply. This can be valuable to clients looking to perform status changes or workflow approvals without logging into Maximo. This workshop will demonstrate how an email can be sent from Maximo seeking approval for a purchase order and how the corresponding reply will change the status to the record to Approved.
Format Instructor Led - Students can bring along laptops to follow along or observe the instructor.
